The CROMLAVIEW® CR200 color sensor processes colors in a perceptual way (i.e. according to human perception).       The CROMLAVIEW® CR210 color sensor processes colors in a perceptual way (i.e. according to human perception) and assesses color distances with the precision of the human eye. For this purpose, a Lab color space is used in the color sensor, which has been equipped with a 4 Watt high power white light LED. Color distances are measured and assessed the same way humans would do. This sensor offers a maximum of flexibility, as it can be combined with a large number of optical fibers and focus optics by means of an optical fiber connection. On the other hand, multiple interfaces leave nothing to be desired. The color sensor, for example, can be connected with the computer via RS232 or USB interfaces. The free software CR-Tool, supplied with all CROMLAVIEW® color sensors, facilitates the parameterization and the visualization of color values. Besides that, the color sensor can also be operated using the buttons. More standard interfaces are 12 push-pull switching lines (24 V/100 mA per line), which, when binary encoded, can output 4096 switching states. As all the other CROMLAVIEW® color sensors, the CR210 is also equipped with the CROMLASTAB® technology, which protects it from temperature and age drift and thus ensures secure and reliable operation in the whole life cycle.

        As with the other color sensors of the CROMLAVIEW® family the CR500 processes colors perceptually (i.e. according to human color perception) and assesses color distances with the precision of the human eye. The CR500 can be parameterized by means of RS232 or USB interfaces. The free software CR-Tool – CR500 facilitates the parameterization of the color sensor and the visualization of color values. A distance monitor supports the adjustment of the fiber head. Besides that, the color sensor can also be operated using the buttons. Therefore the distance monitoring can be performed by means of 12 LEDs. As all the other CROMLAVIEW® color sensors the CR500 is equipped with CROMLASTAB®-technology, which protects from temperature- and aging drifts and ensures with this method a reliable operation over the whole lifetime cycle. The sensor contains a built-in white light source clocked with a frequency of up to 2 kHz. Sampling takes place in both, the light and the dark phase. Additive ambient light cannot change the difference between the light and dark phase, so that the sensor is independent from ambient light.

          The brand new measurement gauge LDM51 Lumos measures contactless the distance between itself and nearly every surface and material.
          Up to a distance of 100 m no additional reflectors are required for measuring. The maximum distance exceeds the range of 500 m. Due to the high measuring frequency of 100 Hz also fast movements of the target can be captured.

                      The optical non-contact operating VLM500D is a modern velocity and length measurement gauge in a compact housing. he optical non-contact operating VLM500D is a modern velocity and length measurement gauge in a compact housing. Based on the spatial filter principle the velocity is acquired continuously. The spatial filter is based on the filtering effect of grid-like structures (grid modulation) implemented by a CCDSensor. The resulting frequency is detected by the device. The frequency is proportional to the velocity of the object being measured. The length can be otained by integration. The object is illuminated by an integrated strong light source (LED). The light is reflected to the CCD-Sensor according to the surface morphology (granularity). Almost every surface can be measured that way. A fast adaption to the surface condition of the object is guaranteed by built-in control loops adjusting the exposure time and the brightness. According to the customer requirement the VLM500D can be equipped with several different industry interfaces or pulse outputs. The compactness and robstness of the gauge allows a space-saving and secure installation in facilities in various fields of the industry (metal, paper, wood, ceramic).

Based on the spatial filter principle the velocity is acquired continuously. The spatial filter is based on the filtering effect of grid-like structures (grid modulation) implemented by a CCDSensor. The resulting frequency is detected by the device. The frequency is proportional to the velocity of the object being measured. The length can be otained by integration. The object is illuminated by an integrated strong light source (LED). The light is reflected to the CCD-Sensor according to the surface morphology (granularity). Almost every surface can be measured that way. A fast adaption to the surface condition of the object is guaranteed by built-in control loops adjusting the exposure time and the brightness. According to the customer requirement the VLM500L can be equipped with several different industry interfaces or pulse outputs. The compactness and robstness of the gauge allows a space-saving and secure installation in facilities in various fields of the industry (metal, paper, wood, ceramic).
